Agenda
대지의 활용과 동선의 분리에 관한 고민이 깊게 담긴 주택이다. 외부 사람들의 출입이 잦고, 작업량이 많은 두 예술가 부녀의 작업 공간을 길과 인접하게 배치하고 다른 가족들과 함께 사용하는 주거공간을 녹지와 인접한 내부로 배치함으로써 공간이 일과 삶을 분리한다.
2m 정도의 레벨차를 적극적으로 활용한 스킵플로어 구조에서 두 세대의 가족이 각각 자신의 공간을 가진다. 인접한 두 도로의 레벨차를 활용해 분리한 주 진입공간은 부부와 딸의 생활 영역을 구분한다. 연세가 많으신 아버지의 사후, 부부의 1층 공간이 기념관으로 활용되어도 외부인으로 인해 딸이 주거에 불편함이 없도록 계획되었다.
외부 공간은 모두에게 오픈 된 메인 마당과 주거 공간에서만 보이는 프라이빗한 마당으로 나뉘고, 두 마당 사이에 배치된 각 세대의 거실은 두 공간과 모두 상호작용 할 수 있다.
It is a house with deep concerns about the use of the land and separation of routes. The space separates work from life by arranging the work space of two artists and daughters who have a lot of work to do due to the large number of outsiders and the living space used with other families adjacent to the green space.
With a skip floor structure that actively utilizes a level difference of about 2m, 2nd generation families each have their own space. The main access space separated by the level difference between the two adjacent roads distinguishes the living area of the couple and their daughter. Even if the first floor space of the couple is used as a memorial hall after the death of an elderly father, it was planned that the daughter would not have any inconvenience in her residence depending on the outsiders.
The outer space is divided into a main square open to everyone and a private garden visible only in the residential space, and the living rooms of each generation arranged between the two gardens can interact with the two spaces.
